If youd like to join a business that is passionate about your professional development, read on…This leading retail organisation is seeking an innovative and commercially minded Customer Insight Analyst to assist a busy Customer Services function in tracking of key metrics, and an ability to make insightful recommendations on how best to drive the business forward from a commercial standpoint in relation to current data held on how the business approaches its customer interactions:Key Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of data focused workstreams in the Customer Experience department. Taking a project from cradle to grave from a data standpoint and collaborating with stakeholders from various areas of the commercial functions in the business.- Perform data interrogation & root cause analysis.- The ability to interpret data from the contact centre, and identify opportunities for improvement in relation to key deliverables from a KPI perspective. - Work with senior management across the business in providing your insight into how customer service processes can be improved for maximum commercial benefit. - Assume full responsibility across: Diligent reporting, tracking of key metrics across the customer services function and ensuring accurate recording, storing and sharing of data to relevant departments.Key Skills: - Sociable, and happy to influence and provide guidance to cross-functional stakeholders. - Strong CX experience, working in a fast-paced digital environment. - Previous experience in a contact centre/customer services environment. - Exceptional SQL and Advanced Excel. - Salesforce experience - Get Feedback package.(desirable) - Knowledge of PowerBI dashboards (desirable) .- Strong requirements gathering capability, dealing with the Senior Management Team. - Experience of working in a contact centre/sales function is highly preferable.If youre a Customer Insight Analyst looking for a new role with an eCommerce brand in Manchester, get in touch today.
