Job Description

What you will doAn exciting opportunity has become available as an Inside Sales Engineer within our Pre-Engineered fire suppression business. The role will be responsible for the sales of products and services for our Ansul Vehicle and Kitchen Fire Suppression portfolios.The role is responsible for opportunity qualification, commercialization, and lifecycle management.You will be expected to support account management activities, closely co-operating with our outside sales teams.What we can offer

How you will do itYou will proactively sell our products and services to existing customers via phone and/or online (occasionally face-to-face). You will have a technical background, strong commercial skills making the partnership between Outside Sales, Customer Service colleaguesand our customer.
  • Technical Request for Quote (FRQ) review
  • Commercialization via ERP (SAP) system
  • Opportunity lifecycle management and follow up via CRM (Salesforce.com) system.
  • Co-ordinate referrals and report out KPI’s.
  • Dedicated account point of contact
What we look for Essential:
  • The successful candidate will be driven and self-motivated.
  • Excellent written (email) and verbal (telephone / Face-to-face) communication skills
  • Structed work practices, following defined workflows meeting key performance indicators.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to partake in tactical commercial decisions.
Preferred
  • Experience in a B2B commercial environment.
  • Use of ERP (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce.com) Systems
  • Technical knowledge of pre-engineered Ansul fire protection products.
  • Account management
