Inquiries Disclosure AdvisorPerm role £22,796You will be responsible to provide high quality general administrative support to the Information Policy Team in their information governance role. This role would suit someone with very good attention to detail as accuracy is key!Job purposeReporting to the Information Policy Manager & Assistant Archivist, you will be responsible for assisting the Information Policy Team in providing an efficient and prompt service in response to requests for information made by public inquiries and independent review panels. You will play a key role in supporting this important and high profile work. Responsibilities will include relevance reviews, document extraction, drafting disclosure bundles, redaction and appropriately recording documents within a tracking system. You will also provide high quality general administrative support to the Information Policy Team in their information governance role as required.Main responsibilities1. Conducting relevance reviews of documents in line with guidance. Summarising relevance descriptions for documents accurately, consistently and timely way.2. Accurately logging relevance review documents, files and any other materials as directed within a tracking system.3. Extracting, bundling and scheduling relevant material for disclosure.4. Reviewing draft disclosure material to identify data subjects and accurately logging these into a tracking system.5. Redacting documents prior to disclosure.6. Contributing to the planning and implementation of projects within the teams. 7. Filing and retrieving documents/case files accurately.8. Contributing to team and section meetings including room booking and minute taking.9.
