The role involves providing IT support across all Key Travel offices and systems, as well as monitoring and maintaining the uptime of services, and documenting, building and maintaining knowledgebase.You will be demonstrating a balance between a supportive role (by responding to customer requests within SLA), and a proactive role (by ensuring Key Travel maintains a competitive advantage in the market through operational efficiency).You will also be required to undertake IT projects and assist with BAU tasks assigned around security and compliance; infrastructure improvements and maintenance.What do I need to be able to do-Have strong experience in Azure Cloud and Office 365.-Is experienced in DNS/DHCP.-Have demonstrable experience in 1st, 2nd, 3rd line support for front and back end systems including PC’s, servers, switches, firewalls, telephony, Azure cloud.-Able to demonstrate experience with ticket management & working to SLA.-Able to work to a tight schedule.And who do I need to be-Someone who is calm and decisive in the face of change.-Ambitious and possess the determination to excel and a desire to make an impact.-A strong communicator with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.-Someone with a positive and friendly manner coupled with a “can do” attitude.-Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.In return you’ll get an annual salary of 35-40k, and to work in an open, exciting and friendly work environment, with opportunities for growth and development as well as a range of flexible benefits tailored to your specific needs.If you think you’ve got what it takes to be our person in the chair, apply now!
