Job Description

A national Medical company are looking for an Information Security Engineer to join their growing and thriving team to support their Information Security team, mediating and responding to alerts flagged.Youll work alongside the Information Security Manager to help deliver the Security Strategy, alongside thinking of new ways to protect the business.Information Security Consultant - OUTSIDE IR35 - Manchester£500 Day OUTSIDE IR35 (Remote working)A national Medical company are looking for an Information Security Engineer to join their growing and thriving team to support their Information Security team, mediating and responding to alerts flagged.Youll work alongside the Information Security Manager to help deliver the Security Strategy, alongside thinking of new ways to protect the business.The Information Security Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and remediating any alerts
  • Supporting the Security Strategy across the business
The key skills and experience required:
  • Experience in an Information Security function
  • Knowledge across Intrusion Detection
  • Knowledge of different SIEM tools (Qualys/Tennable/Splunk)
  • Vulnerability monitoring and detection management
  • Knowledge across GRC
