Job Description

My client within Investment Management is looking for an Incident Manager to join their team.Requirements

  • Extensive experience within Incident Management within enterprise transformation.
  • Understanding of Problem Management
  • ITIL v3 or V4 accredited
  • Knowledge of any incident tracking system such as ServiceNow
  • Strong excel
  • Financial Service Experience
