Join the Close Brothers Asset Finance team where you will qualify and process inbound sales enquiries generated from the website or via email campaigns. You will work in partnership with Marketing to develop new business opportunities within our addressable market. You will build relationships both internally and externally with clients and colleagues which is crucial for this role, therefore being a strongcommunicator is paramount. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively manage lead queues in Salesforce.
  • Answering in-bound sales calls and managing web site enquiry forms.
  • Build effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Qualify, process, and send qualified sales opportunities to the direct sales teams, ensuring a smooth handover and seamless customer experience.
  • Accurately gathering and enriching customer information in our CRM platform.
  • Achieving SLAs in response to inbound call volumes, managing the enquiry form lead queue and creating high-quality new business opportunities and warm intro business appointments, for the Direct Sales staff.
  • Plan and prioritise tasks effectively to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised.
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are conducted to the standards required.
