Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an Inbound Sales Advisor (hybrid working) to join a well established financial services business, based in Wythenshawe. You will be working within the contact centre team, being the first point of contact for customers, assistingcustomers with any issues and helping solve the customers query.Client DetailsOur client are a well established financial services business based in Wythenshawe, they are currently going through a period of growth and are looking to expand their contact centre team. Our client offers flexibility of hybrid working, competitive salary and excellent benefits.DescriptionDuties of the Inbound Sales Advisor will be:

  • Handling inbound contact via multi-channel, in a professional and friendly manner
  • Promote and sell products/services available
  • Explain, in detail, of any application processes
  • Achieve personal and team KPIs and targets
  • Deliver extraordinary customer service experience
ProfileThe successful candidate will have the below skills:
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service/contact centre role or recently graduated from studies
  • Strong listening and organisational skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Driven to achieve targets/KPIs
Job OfferIn return, our client can offer;
  • Up to £22,000 Salary
  • Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-2pm
