Job Description

Position: Inbound Customer Service Advisor Location: Manchester Salary: £9.55HOURS FULL TIME - Monday - Friday Between 8am-6pm - 15-week rota in advance, and early finishes on a Friday. My client is looking to recruit 100 people to work in this great opportunity. This is an exciting role working with the general public dealing with incoming queries relating to benefit payments and queries, no 2 calls will ever be the same which offers a unique contact centre opportunity. You will be the first point of contact for queriesand will be supporting customers all over the UK to resolve issues, problems and queries in regards to the benefit payment, you will also be supporting in the set up of new claims. The role has great opportunities for progression, you may in the future find yourself working direct for our client in a permanent role, supporting in the onboarding of new staff, you might even become a team leader. All permanent roles with the client willbe visible to you to apply to once you have started your temporary assignment.
