Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client in their office in Manchester. They are looking for multiple Call Centre Advisors to join their team dealing with the INBOUND calls. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. You must be available to start on 23rd May.You will be trained extensively, supported and this is a real chance to start or build on your career whilst working in a fun and vibrant environment.The role is based within the office for the first 6 months for training purposes, moving onto hybrid working thereafter. Working on a shift pattern Mon - Fri and working 1 Saturday in 4. (A day off will be given in the week when a Saturday is worked)If you have excellent customer service skills and you are compassionate, wed love to hear from you!Call Centre Advisor responsibilities:

  • You will be the first point of call via telephone for their customers
  • Escalate calls to the correct teams
  • Effectively negotiate with customers, suppliers and all relevant third-party representatives
  • Adhere to and consider all regulatory requirements at all times
  • Be compliant with health and safety policies at all times
  • Ensure compliance with company standards/regulations at all times
  • Any other reasonable duties as required
