Job Description

You will be responsible for managing goods coming in and liaison with the warehouse to provide all relevant paperwork prior to delivery to ensure smooth transition into stock. You will also be responsible for achieving seasonal budgets & KPIs and supportthe merchandising function for the business.Client DetailsA leading ladies fashion Ecommerce business who have been trading for more than 10 years. They sell premium ladies multi product for the confident, glamorous, fashion-savvy woman in search of that something extra special, fashion which are designed in house.Description

  • Liaising with Far East factories - Acting as the main point of contact between Retailers & Far East production.
  • Lead handover meetings with production, design and merch teams.
  • Arrange and lead pre-production meetings.
  • Responsible for Gold Seal checking and authorising shipment of goods.
  • To oversee photographic samples and ensure orders and dates are agreed with the factories.
  • Following up any supplier problems / issues which arise.
  • Negotiating prices with factories to achieving margins - Responsible for initial costings, negotiation and order placement.
  • Responsible for providing accounts with information to open letter of credits when required.
  • Co-ordinate the checking and approval of invoices and packing lists.
  • Other duties as required
Profile
  • Currently a working a wholesale Merchandiser, Import Merchandiser or similar
  • Fashion work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of excel capability
