Job Description

Title: Impact Analyst Salary: up to £35,000 Location: Fully remote with occasional travel My client is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works with Government, community groups, and delivery partners to support people and improve lives.This is an exciting time to join an organisation where you can have a positive impact on the community and the lives of those in need, through the use of data!The role is available on a fully remote basis but does require traveling to London once per month to meet up with other analysts.What they are looking for in the ideal candidate:

  • Curious, analytical, and great at solving problems
  • Exceptional at building relationships
  • Flexible and an adaptable team player
  • Able to undertake a variety of activities
Responsibilities:
  • Analysing quantitative and qualitative data to provide insights and recommend improvements
  • Be the primary lead in creating high-quality analysis
  • Working in collaboration with Programme Leads and Delivery Partners, making recommendations to help optimise programme success
  • Using dashboarding to extract analytical values to communicate to technical and non-technical colleagues
Skills & experience:
  • Consistently seek learning opportunities in every situation or interaction with people
  • Data & analytical skills - strong Microsoft Excel experience is required
  • Experience in Salesforce is preferred but not essential
  • Comfortable in handling and interpreting data and large datasets
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
