IFA Administrator - Manchester - Leading Wealth Manager - Salary negotiable depending on experience, progression available. A market leading Financial Planning business with multiple offices across the UK currently has a vacancy for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team in central Manchester. The company have grown quickly over the past couple of years and haveambitions to become one of the leading businesses of its type in the UK. Our client works at the top of the market and have been set up to compete with the top Private banks and Wealth Managers.The role will be working alongside a experienced Administration team, providing full Administration Support to the companys Financial Advisers. You will be responsible for; setting up meeting packs, processing business, liaising with providers, Valuations,data entry and updating the CRM system etc. You will be working very closely with a book of UHNW clients; answering general queries as well as booking appointments with the Financial Planner etc. Ideally we are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administratorwith a strong technical knowledge, as well as an excellent communicator who is able to build a good client relationship.Candidates MUST have a minmum of 1 years experience of working within a Financial Services based Administrative Support role. Ideally, candidates will have experience of working with products such as SSAS, SIPPs, Offshore bonds, VCTs etc. You should alsohave a solid foundation of working with Pensions and Investments.There will be plenty of opportunity for ambitious and talented individuals to progress in the future with career paths into Technical roles such as a Paraplanner or even Advisory positions. You will also be supported with study towards the CII Diploma FinancialPlanning and beyond.Salary and package is negotiable depending on experience, plus an excellent Benefits package.
