Southway Housing Trust is a "not-for-profit" landlord, based in Didsbury, managing and improving approximately 6,000 homes in South Manchester.An exciting opportunity has arisen in the ICT team for an ICT Infrastructure & Support Engineer, and for the right person we offer a 35 hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme and 25 days holiday.The successful candidate will undertake a hands-on role maintaining and supporting core ICT infrastructure systems including but not limited to: Microsoft 2016 server systems, vmware, Citrix, NetApp SAN, Cisco Networking, WAN, LAN, Veeam, Active Directory, ADFS, M365 Azhure, M365 Exchange.The post holder will also be required to assist the support team with user support during periods of high demand including but not limited to: Desktop PC’s, Laptops, Thin Client Terminals, Windows 10, Printers, Photocopiers, Microsoft 365 and office 2016, and mobile devices.They will maintain accurate up-to-date documentation of infrastructure systems and configuration, and up-to-date records in the support help desk system, responding and resolving infrastructure and support issues in line with a defined Service Level Agreement.The successful candidate will:
