We have a vacancy for a third line ICT Infrastructure Analyst working as part of the ICT Infrastructure team.The Infrastructure team supports the entire ICT Infrastructure at the hospital which is based on Cisco, Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange 2010, vSphere, Trend Deep Security, NetApp, PaloAlto, and Commvault etc.You will need to be a hard-working individual with a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or minimum of 3 years in a 2nd line support role with exposure to Infrastructure technologies.You will possess good working and supporting knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Networking fundamentals, Virtualization Basics and Network Storage.You will have the ability to resolve technical queries independently and as part of a team and possess a logical, methodical thought process that allows you to work well under pressure.You will be patient and customer focused with excellent customer service skills and the confidence to communicate with people on all levels.
