What do you call a person who is afraid of Santa Claus What did the Christmas tree say to the Christmas stocking If the end of the year is on December 31st, then what is the end of ChristmasDont worry, your chances of getting hired wont be based on whether or not you know these answers. Or will they...With the opening of our Ice Rink in Manchester, I couldnt help but break out the Christmas related content. Here at Off to Work, Christmas is our favourite time of year. We dont believe its ever too early to start celebrating and while we are on the lookoutfor Santas sleigh,we are also looking out for a superstar to join our team as an Ice Rink Marshall.Could this be you!All skills required for the role will be taught(except for the skating bit!), so if youve never worked an event beforenever fearweve got you. You just need to be able to skate, be a bundle of positivity with a great attitude and seeking someregular hoursfrom November through to the beginning of January. You will be the first point of contact to the customers so the ability to smile is a must!Your primary role will be to ensure the safety and welfare of our guests on the ice and also general assistance throughout the rink. This could range from distributing tickets in the box office to handling the skating boots - from customer interaction (bothgood and bad!) to singing Christmas songs. No two days will be the same, but both will be packed with fun and full of festive cheer. So, whats in it for you Im so glad you asked:
