Our client is a successful and professional building services company, who provide a range of water treatment and ventilation services across a mixed portfolio of contracts. They are currently recruiting for an experienced HVAC / Water Commissioning Engineer based in or around the Greater Manchester area. The ideal candidate will have experience in undertaking the balancing and commissioning of water and/or air systems to BSRIA and CIBSE guidelines and would ideally of worked on a range of new build, fit outs and refurbishment projects. The client will consider all levels of experience from assistant level and the commissioning of small extract systems through to intermediate/lead level and the commissioning of large air and ventilation systems. Holding the CSA accreditation 4 or 5 is beneficial but not essential as the company can offer on the job training and development. Applications from Chester, Bolton, Liverpool, Huddersfield and the surrounding area will be considered. Experience: Will have previous experience working as a commissioning engineer within the water treatment or HVAC industry. Proven experience in balancing air and water system to BSRIA and CIBSE guidelines. Will ideally hold the CSA grade 4 /5 accreditation. Experience working on a range of new build, fit outs and refurbishment projects.Ability to analyse schematic drawings and survey reports.Efficient in using the Microsoft Office Package. Able to demonstrate an understanding of compliance and health & safety guidelines. Ability to manage own time and workload. Confident in building and maintain client relationships. Holds strong communication skill. Role: Commissioning air and water systems.Calibrating equipment to accurately balance water systems. Adhering with relevant Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.Carrying out service work strictly and in accordance with the clients specification.Conducting training of staff as when required.Inspecting project installations as and when required.
