Job Description

Lead Divisional HSQE Advisors in the provision of HSQE and Security Management across operations and supplier/supply chain management.Ensuring compliance and strategic governance is met, collating data and delivering a management plan.Client DetailsA national business in the Telecom sectorDescriptionSupplier GovernanceCDM compliance, governance and control, planning, pre-construction, delivery and handover.Delivering strategy and collecting data to gain analytics and provide an accurate picture of performance for reporting.Stakeholder / Supplier ManagementManage key stakeholders, ensure expectations are set and key decisions are madeGovernance and controlEnsure CDM is deliveredGovern compliance on projects, incidents and databases to make decisions and ensure conformance.Manage quality reviewsProvide CDM Assurance (PD)Support on ISO and IMSRisk and Incident ManagementEscalate issues and manage in proactive mannerManage site issues and support Advisors where requiredSecurity assessmentsHold risk registerCompliance & SecuritySupport to HSQE business continuity and securitySupport to site security process and procedureHSQEDevelop process and procedure and seek to continually improve Waste, Carbon reduction, CDM Mgmt etc and related paperwork and data.Report and InvestigationManaging project governance, leading meetings and prepare reports and presentations.Producing Key Management information for SLA/KPI.ProfileHSQE Senior / Management experience is essentialAbility to deliver governance and compliance within a construction/engineering environmentNEBOSH General or ConstructionHSE training and CDMIdeally CMIOSH or equivalentIdeally holding environmental qualificationsKnowledge of CDM ManagementExcellent communication/stakeholder skillsJob OfferAn excellent salary and packageAn opportunity to make effective change in standards and cultureNational role, able to work from home, office and site, so candidates can be based anywhere as long as they are willing to travel.
