Job Description

HRIS Project - Job Structures Frameworks / Reward Analyst (12m FTC)Remote role (local Northern offices - Sheffield or Manchester)£60,000 + competitive benefitsAdhoc UK travel expectedLHH Recruitment Solutions (formerly Badenoch & Clark) is delighted to be supporting our client, an International Law Firm, to appoint an HRIS Project Lead - Job Structures Frameworks / Reward Analyst (12m FTC). This role would support the implementation of a new cloud-based HRIS.Role PurposeThe role will work closely with other project process leads, the business relationship team, the reward team and the wider business with the responsibility for the definition of job profile principles, design and delivery across the Firm as an enabler forthe firms HR Technology project delivery.Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage your own local project plan which will feed into the broader programme plan
  • Design a clear, scalable job profile structure framework which will apply across the Firm
  • Act as the process lead on the review of job profiles within the Firm and identify gaps
  • Work with the Reward team on job sizing and benchmarking to support the use of grades and salary ranges within the new HR technology ensuring that market data is appropriately aligned to roles, grades and salary ranges and is accessible within the solution
  • Work with the Business Partnership Team and wider business to understand what content should be held against the job profile and how this links with the wider Talent, Performance, Compensation agenda.
  • Understand requirements and impact from downstream applications of job profiles and ensure that any automation of content is understood and managed
  • Work with the reward team to create documentation in the approach to job profiles and job sizing for all audiences
  • Work with the Partners to put in place appropriate governance and controls to ensure consistency and retain integrity of the approach
  • Work with the Change Manager to socialise changes and develop a clear change strategy for role profiles
Previous experienceWe are looking for an experienced HR/Reward professional with prior work experience within a professional services or corporate environment, ideally on a large-scale HR technology delivery project or similar change initiative (not essential). This role will suit an experienced individual who has strong job framework creation experience within HR background. Its expected you may have worked in a reward analyst capacity previously, or similar roles within reward/job structure creation.A confident, calm and credible manner with an excellent understanding of commercial drivers will ensure your success in this role.Skills & Experience required
  • Experience of working directly with the Business in a Reward, HR Business Partner, Finance or Functional Consultative role
  • CIPD Qualified or equivalent
  • A systematic approach to work, management and driving positive change
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A demonstrable ability to build relationships at all levels of the firm
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • High level awareness of GDPR and data governance
  • Highly organised approach to work with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced project environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written, and verbal communications skills with the ability to relate and communicate at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in all work
