Job Description

Reed HR are working alongside a global packaging company to find a HR Operations and Systems Specialist. You will be part of a virtual team that is geographically spread across Europe and will report to the Director HR Transformation with a dotted line intothe HR Operations & Systems Lead.Salary: Up to 45,000Location: RemoteJob Description

  • Monitor employee data in SAP SuccessFactors(mainly Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Learning)
  • Act as a point of contact and bea Subject Matter Expert for HRISanddata related queriesfor HR colleagues according to our agreed support models and agreed service levels.
  • Extract reports and prepare dashboards/analysesfor stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Engage in and support HR Transformation projects such as the further roll-out of Employee Central.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience with a cloud based HRIS solution(preferableSuccessFactors)
  • Understanding of core HR processes, experienced in operational and transactional HR activities
  • Work experience in aninternational work environmentandcomplex matrix organisation
  • Able to easily communicate with and adjust communication style to influence multiple stakeholders at different levels of the organisation
