HR MI Data Analyst -12 months contractSalary: £34,000 -£41,000 plus benefitsLocation: Full remote workingMacmillan Davies are delighted to be working, once again with this world leading multinational professional services businesses in their search for a HR MI Data Analyst to support the UK and Ireland Talent Team.As HR MI Data Analyst you will be working with the very latest technology, in a supportive and inclusive culture where you can develop a career individually tailored for you.The opportunity;The UK and Ireland Talent Team is undertaking an enhancement of its Management Information provision, (i.e. the reports, dashboards, analytics and insights we produce). Working at various levels across talent functions, wider business and global support teams, the HR MI Data Analyst will be responsible for the design and implementation of an updated MI provision that is insightful, fit for purpose and efficient. This is a unique opportunity to join the Talent Team as it seeks to re-imagine a Reporting and Analytics function, that will enable the business to develop insights of its people that enable better business decisions, while simultaneously improving our employeesexperiences and well-being. The person in this role will have a real opportunity to create and shape how this function will operate in the future. As HR MI Data Analyst you will be collaborating and engaging with the Talent teams to support automated, improved, built, developed, and enhanced regular MI reports and dashboards by consolidating, translating, combining, and standardising information forma variety of recruiting and HR systems, Power BI and ad hoc spreadsheets and other data sources.Key accountabilities: *Consolidate, develop the management of the MI and reporting framework for the recruitment team that adds value through rich talent and market insights*Understand and help to build a talent MI reporting roadmap to drive improvements in recruiting processes and approach*Work collaboratively with the recruitment teams to develop and improve MI capability, including: Validate and review existing reporting, gather feedback, and prioritise iterative improvements, i.e., key talent / recruitment insights and storyboard*Gather requirements from the student recruitment team to build reports that are streamlined and automated *Creating and delivering the agreed future state MI provision. *Analysing what MI is produced today, assessing its effectiveness, limitations, and challenges*Setting up MI deliverables within agreed-upon timelines and standards. This will include: oRegular and automated reporting, particularly around pipeline analysis, recruitment effectiveness oDashboards, i.e., Power BI, etc.oData modellingoScenario planningSkills & Experience required:*Strong data integration skills, ability to query and synthesise data from various sources. (e.g., SQL, power query)*Great communication skills to gain MI reporting requirements, streamline, simplify and embed across a large recruitment team*Capability to develop MI production processes (including automation of processes where possible)*In-depth knowledge of data analysis and visualization packages, e.g. Excel, Power Bi, Alteryx*Data interpretation skills, aptitude to identify, interpret and present relevant findings (written and verbally) *Previous experience setting up or rationalising Management Information or reporting processes for a high-volume recruitment or TA team*Previous experience building relational databases is highly desirable*Previous experience facilitating MI / reporting discovery workshops, collaborating on process maps and gap analysis workThe role of HR MI Data Analyst is offered on a 12 months contract along with benefits including 25 days holiday with option to buy/sell additional, health cover, pension and flexible working.Apply today to find out more!
