Job Description

We are currently partnering with a growing business within the financial services industry, based in Manchester, who are recruiting for a HR Manager to lead on the HR function in a stand- alone capacity on a permanent basis.This is a full-time position with a salary of £60,000, hybrid working available and the start date is as soon as possible subject to notice.Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Stand-alone role with the help from a HR Coordinator
  • Training and Developing Managers
  • Carrying out HR Projects in relation to Acquisition, TUPE transfers and Onboarding
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring HR strategies and initiatives while overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process as the business grows
  • Providing guidance and managing casework around employee relations, addressing employee concerns, sicknesses, and grievances etc
  • Administering and reviewing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness
  • Identifying training needs, creating development plans, and facilitating learning and development programs for all members of staff
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
  • Longstanding career in HR strategy and operations
  • Knowledge of Employee Relations, TUPES and Acquisitions
  • Has worked within customer services / financial services (desirable)

Working hours:
  • 39.5 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm
