Our client, a prestigious management consultancy is looking to recruit a dynamic and energetic HR professional to join an expanding organisation as a senior HR Management Consultant. The purpose of the role is to build and sustain relationships with existingclients to maximise fees and achieve budgeted income, develop new contacts and sell professional HR consultancy services, including multifaceted assignments. You will also manage and contribute to larger consultancy jobs and be part of the senior managementteam.You will focus on developing and completing work on HR strategy, organisation design and development, pay and reward, employee relations, workforce planning, managing performance, and talent management. The emphasis will be on organisation design, rewardand employee relations. Some support is advisory, but other larger assignments centre on implementing restructuring and organisational improvement. We have long-standing clients in many different sectors.There will be considerable travel to clients throughout the UK (and occasional overseas travel), sometimes at short notice. Candidates ideally should live within a commutable distance of Manchester, or if not, should be able to spend a minimum of one totwo days a week in Manchester, two to three weeks each month.
