Job Description

HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a stand- alone for an expanding company based in Audenshaw, Manchester. This hybrid role reports into the Head of Finance and covers a site in Manchester and a new site in Stoke on Trent.The ideal candidate will be required to provide expert, timely and accurate HR advice and support to Managers and employees. As the HR Business Partner, you should be experienced at contributing and delivering at an operational level in terms of the peopleagenda and day-to-day delivery of HR service as well as being able to support strategic projects as required.Key responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers and senior leadership team and a full generalist HR support across all sites
  • Analyse and utilise HR systems and metrics
  • Lead and manage formal processes in employee engagement and relations
  • Lead on future people related projects including TUPE
  • Provide day to day advice and guidance on employment legislation and best practice on the companys policies, procedures, and reward arrangements
  • Coaching and management development.

In return, you will receive a salary of between 45-50K plus car or car allowance and excellent holidays. The hours are 35 per week.
