My client is part of a worldwide organisation of 4000+ employees operating in 26 countries. This division is considered Europes leading experts in its sector of water management and has 26 branches located throughout the UK. They are now looking for a hands-on,experienced HR professional to support the management team in all aspects of Human Resources.This is a small and friendly UK based team, achieving great things and seeing constant growth through its hard work. They are looking for a HRBP to join their team, reporting into the Head of HR you will support the 250+ employees.You should be confident in offering professional and consistent advice to line managers on all employment matters, possess a can-do attitude and have leadership qualities with the ability to make things happen. You will enjoy and have experience of coachingstakeholders in a friendly, approachable and support manner. This role leads on Recruitment and therefore you need to be able to demonstrate experience and a skill set in recruitment. Having excellent communication skills means you easily build relationshipsand can influence others. The organisation is growing, and your role will also support in the Talent space.This is a busy role, and experience of working in a multi-site environment would be advantageous. With up-to-date knowledge of the legislative framework, you are credible and are therefore capable of sufficiently supporting the full network of branches acrossthe UK.You are likely to be working as a HRBP or Senior HRA on site or in a regional capacity. We are looking for a self-starter, a doer, happy to coach LM to reach their potential, and importantly be down to earth with a here to help approach.You need to be commutable to Manchester, although attendance at the office is at your discretion. Occasional travel will be required to support branches throughout the UK. This is a full-time role although part time (32 hours) would be considered for theright applicant. 25 days holiday of which 3 days Xmas close are included, a company car and BUPA are among the benefits on offer, along with a salary up to 39K, depending on skills and experience.
