You will be working as part of a large HR team and will beconfident in your approach to make decisions and support managers to make sometimes, difficult people decisions. Managing a portfolio of cases, scheduling and prioritising activities based on the needs of each case whilst working with senior manager’s teamsto ensure cases are managed effectively. Monitoring and provide advice to managers on absence management.
