Were looking for a talented HR Advisor to join our client, one of the UKs largest and foremost law firms. This is a national role, location flexible. This is a full-time role on a fixed term 12 month contract with flexible working options, however you will ideally be based in or near Manchester or Sheffield. Some of your core responsibilities will include…- Defining and embedding key people processes- Supporting organisational change activities such as TUPE, reorganisation and redundancy- Undertaking generalist HR services such as employee relations case management, coaching and support, guidance on formal and information people matters- Building HR capability into the business, establishing trusted relationships as an advisor and partner to each division- Reviewing employee relations data and working with line management to address specific problems identified- Understanding your divisional business area commercially including the business services and key people issues- Supporting talent planning, succession planning, plus annual performance and pay review cycle ----The CandidateThe ideal candidate for this HR Advisor role will be degree educated or CIPD level 5 qualified with experience providing a high standard of HR support across a multi-site professional services environment.
