Job Description

Job title:HR AdvisorLocation:M62 Corridor (Leeds, Bradford, Manchester or Liverpool )Type:HybridSalary:£38,296-£41,496Package:We are happy to appoint the successful candidate on an all year round or term time only arrangement.We are seeking to appoint two exceptional HR Advisors to join our multi-academy trust (MAT) and support our Shared Services team through the next phase of growth in Leeds, Bradford, Manchester and Liverpool.The Dixons Academies Trust is a rapidly expanding family of 16 schools serving the communities of Leeds, Bradford, Manchester and Liverpool. The Dixons Central team includes experts from a range of professional backgrounds, who work together to provide anoutstanding service to our Academies.One post will be based in the North West supporting academies in Liverpool and Manchester, the other post will be based in West Yorkshire supporting academies in Bradford and Leeds. The ability to travel to all of our academies, as required, is an essentialcriteria for both posts.The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience of delivering solution focussed HR advice and guidance at all levels, up to and including senior leaders.
  • Have knowledge and experience of supporting effective performance management.
  • Have the confidence and knowledge to support senior leaders in managing change in our academies and shared services teams.
  • Have a strong moral purpose and drive for improvement.
  • Have excellent communication and influencing skills.
