Job Description

HR Advisor (12-18 month FTC)Location: Manchester with some travel, hybrid workingSalary: £30,000-£40,000 per annumThis is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a global leader in the Entertainment industry, during an exciting period of growth and transformation. There is an immediate requirement for an experienced HR Advisor to provide Interim support fora period of 12-18 months.About the role:

  • Assist with employee relations matters and traveling to visit sites when required
  • Supporting the HR Business Partners with ongoing projects
  • Supporting on wellbeing and mental health initiatives
  • Coaching and guiding managers and providing advice on best practice
  • Being that first point of contact for HR queries within the business
  • Build strong relationships with the wider team and internal/external stakeholders
About you
  • Strong HR Advisor with a solid generalist background
  • High energy with strong influencing skills
  • Ability to manage an ER caseload effectively
  • Flexibility to travel to other sites when required
  • Experience working in the retail/hospitality/customer service focused industries would be highly desirable but not essential
