Job Description

HR AdvisorRemote Working (Manchester 1 day per month)£30,000 - £32,000Are you an experienced generalist human resources professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced Shared Serviced environmentThe Talent Crowd are pleased to be working with an award-winning, multisite Professional Services organisation to recruit a HR Advisor based Remotely, this is a truly generalist role, a fantastic opportunity to progress your career in a leading organisation.The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Coaching and supporting line managers and the senior management team in ER management
  • Support the talent acquisition team with the end to end recruitment process
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, alongside the ER team
  • Managing, coaching and resolving employee relations matters (absence, grievance, disciplinary) in conjunction with line management
  • Building HR capability into the business, establishing trusted relationships as an advisor and partner to the Shared Services Area
  • Reviewing employee relations data and work with line management to address specific problems identified
  • Working with the wider internal HR
The Successful Applicant The successful HR Advisor will have:
  • Human Resources experience, ideally within a high-volume, fast-paced and customer-focused environment
  • HR Experience in a Shared Services environment
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Solid ER experience
  • The ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues, at all levels
  • Demonstrate a proven, hands-on attitude, while remaining flexible and adaptable
  • Demonstrable ability to motivate and positively influence others
  • CIPD Level 5
  • Intellectually curious; youll bring valuable insight to the team and business
