Job Description

Here at APEM, we are seeking a Junior HR Administrator to join our team and support the transformational change taking place within our HR function.As the first point of contact for HR queries, you will be responsible for managing our HR ticketing system, ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing efficient HR support to the business. You willalso play a crucial role in promoting a positive workplace culture and continuously improving HR processes.To be successful in this role, you must have administration experience gained in a fast-paced HR function, excellent attention to detail, excellent IT skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HR systems), and good written and verbal communication skills.The role is offered on a hybrid basis, mainly home working with attendance at our Manchester office one day per week (on average).At APEM, we value our people above all else and strive to create a working environment that we are all proud to be a part of.
