Brook Street social care is working alongside a national supported housing client who has the community in their best interest.For their supported residents, they provide Housing Management services that aim to empower residents with the right tools to live independently by managing a tenancy and household. They are expanding their services by growing their housing provision and thenumber of residents they empower.As a Housing Management Worker, you`ll support up to fifteen residents to manage and maintain their tenancy, provided through weekly support meetings. You`ll also be undertaking & reviewing application reports and suitability assessments for incoming applicants.You will be an advocate for residents so that they can access all services, signposting them to relevant support services.Employment detailsYou`ll be directly employed by Brook Street Social Care; we are part of the leading global workforce solutions company, ManpowerGroup.
