Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Consultative selling of critical cleanroom contamination control products to aseptic compounders in both NHS and commercial enterprises
  • work closely and effectively with our distribution partner to optimise service to our customers
  • provide customers with support using the expertise of our Technical Services Group, Product Managers and Marketing team
  • maintain comprehensive and accurate information in CRM to assist with production forecasting, management of sales opportunities, competitor analysis and marketing activities
  • achieve consistent, significant and profitable growth in the sales territory
Practicalities:
  • Field based, work from home
  • Expect to travel extensively; 80% of the working week to meet with customers.
  • Attend sales meetings and exhibitions in UK, EU, USA as required
Personal Specification:
  • BSc Hons in a lifescience or similar scientific qualification is essential
  • 3-5 years previous sales experience is desireable
  • Knowledge of aseptic compounding and contamination control in cleanrooms is desirable
  • Fluent in English language, spoken and written, clear and concise communicator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT skills
  • Analytical skills: data interpretation
  • Presentation skills
  • Full, clean UK Driving License
  • Live centrally within the defined territory
  • Self-motivated, organised and structured approach, calm and methodical, empathetic

  • Ideally based central UK due to travelling around the country.
Salary - £35,000 - £45,000 DOE plus bonus Holiday allowance; 20 days and additional Bank Holidays Pension: 4% Company ContributionPrivate Medical Insurance; non-contributory upon qualificationBonus; KPI related bonus, potential of up to £28k per annumCompany Car, mobile phone, laptop & company credit card
