Job Description

Home based Key Account Internal Sales Executive, Salary: up to £26k working on a 12month fixed term contract. This is a "work from home" role with flexibility in terms of candidate location. We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven Internal Sales Executive / Key Account Manager to work for dynamic and market leader in portable accommodation, modular construction and storage solutions. Applicants will need to have some telephone sales / account manager experience and a suitable "home working" environment. A remote induction and training programme and continued ongoing support will be provided.Key Account Internal Sales Executive - The role

  • Working specifically with national key accounts to convert incoming telephone and emailed enquiries from into sales opportunities
  • Providing a highly customer focussed account managed service and building relationships to exceed customer expectations
  • Deliver KPI and sales targets through inbound and outbound activities to national key account customers
  • Upselling to key accounts to increase business revenue
  • Working closely with the field based key account managers to ensure customer expectations are met and KPI’s are achieved
  • Providing right first time administration to ensure efficient processing of orders through to delivery
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to successfully close sales over the phone and develop customer relationships in a sales environment.
