Helpdesk AdminAkton has an opening for a Helpdesk Admin role in Manchester The role of Planner monitors and administers the scheduling of works process to the Regeneration Services Engineers and operatives* Carry out various administration tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company including but not limited to:* Scheduling appointments through Castleton Maintain* Processing variations* Arranging follow on appointments* Invoice administration* Customer Satisfaction surveys* Liaising with client counterparts* Assist with the adherence to the Company quality standards including:* Compliance with procedures and processes* Maintain and care for all company property* To wear appropriate clothing / uniform * To ensure areas of work areas left clean and tidy at the end of the day* Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc* Material co-ordination* Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant documentation* To oversee/assist in the training of new starters as required* Any other reasonable management request
