Help Desk / Maintenance Team LeaderLocation: Manchester M41 (Temporarily remote)Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 a yearContract: Full-time, Permanent100% provides award-winning services, harnessing market-leading experience and extensive international coverage to activate in-store campaigns across the world for leading global brands.We bring ideas to life and have worked on high-profile product launches and ground-breaking in-store experiences for brands like Adidas, Nike, Dyson, GoPro, Sony, Sonos, LG and Beats by Dre.What we can offer you:• Attractive starting salary• Company bonus• 25 days holidays plus bank holidays• Holidays and sickness increased with length of service• Free on-site parking• Pension scheme• Private healthcare• Regular fun social eventsWho are we looking forOur exciting growth and increasing customer base have created a position of Lead Maintenance Coordinator to join our maintenance team and deliver retail installation solutions.We have a great team culture with a strong work ethic and are looking for people who are enthusiastic, ambitious and want to be part of a growing company.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve KPIs.• Ensure workloads scheduled to Field Engineers are achievable and in line with Service Level Agreements.• Liaise with Field Engineers to schedule maintenance visits.• Work with warehouse teams to allocate stock and ensure distribution deadlines are met.• Maintain and update ticketing systems and internal system.• Plan shift patterns to ensure most efficient phone coverage.• Ensure customer client queries are dealt within a professional and timely manner.• Act as an escalation point and resolve complex maintenance queries.• Investigate complaints, resolve and escalate to Maintenance Programme Manager.• Monitor quality checks for accuracy, consistency and timely reporting.• Continually review and implement better ways of working to processes.• Communicate team priorities and accountability in line with departmental SLAs.• Provide operational updates to management and wider team as required.What youll need:• Experience working in a planning/scheduling role.• Strong supervisory and team leadership skills.• A results-focused attitude and experience of delivering KPIs and SLAs.• Team player approach and willingness to get stuck in.• Flexibility to react and adapt to rapidly changing scenarios.• Driven approach to meet deadlines in line with compliance.• Effective communication and an ability to influence.• Strong organisation with an attention to detail.• Ability to analyse, find solutions and make decisions.• Resilient and positive attitude in challenging situations.• Excellent IT skills particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel.Desirable:• Maintenance Management: 1 year (preferred)• Management reporting: 1 year (preferred)What’s nextIf you love a challenge where no two days are the same, please send your CV and tell us why you should be our next 100%’er.No agencies please Required skills
