Job Description

Do you
  • Have an HNC/D or degree in a construction related subject or a relevant professional membership is preferred
  • Have 3 or more years of experience with a Main Contractor in a similar
  • Have bid writing/management experience - essential, with ideally some preconstruction/project management experience alongside
  • Have excellent communications skills, written and oral along with strong IT skills,
  • Have strong organisational skills
  • Have the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Are you
  • A good negotiator with strong influencing skills
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Methodical and diligent in your approach to problem-solving
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills
