Now, with a robust people strategy in place, the newly created Head of Talent will strengthen the people function to play a pivotal role in creating a culture that is employee centric and canplan and execute against an ambitious programme of projects that will deliver on the business strategy.About the RoleThe Head of Talent will be the first of its kind in the business and is designed to oversee Talent Acquisition, Vocational Training and Learning and Development for the entire organisation.With some teams existing already (T.A and Vocational Training) the Learning and Development team will be created from the ground up.Working with the CPO and forming part of the HR Leadership team the Head of Talents remit will involve the following:
