Head of SEOAre you an experienced Head of SEO looking for an exciting new role with a well-respected company If so, we have a brilliant new role for you.About the role: In this newly created role this is a unique opportunity to build and embed an SEO strategy for a high growth, highly ambitious business. As they look to strengthen the Executive and Leadership teams, the Head of SEO will be responsible for planning,leading, and implementing our SEO strategyHaving already experience rapid growth, the Head of SEO will work with leaders to devise and implementing SEO strategies designed to drive business and develop organic exposure for new and existing clients.A strategic and hands on role you will take ownership and evolve the SEO plan over time, you will be responsible for;Planning, developing and implementing our SEO strategy, including key SEO KPIs, to meet business objectivesLead organic search optimisation and ROI maximisationRegularly perform thorough keyword research and analysisMonitor competitors and market shareMonitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIsUnderstand our brand and customer profiles to better target identified audiencesIdentify problems and implement solutions promptlySuggest improvements in process and productivity optimisationCollaborate with web developers and marketing teamStay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practicesCollaborate with external SEO/Digital PR agency to ensure campaigns and strategies are aligned and effectiveDaily and weekly reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and key stakeholdersManage and develop Junior Content WriterYou will be a highly experienced and dedicated SEO specialist with a sharp attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
