Job Description

Head of Sales – Recruitment – Manchester (office based) - £50k basic/£75k+ OTEIf you are passionate about Sales, People and have experience working in a fast paced scale up, (preferably recruitment related) environment, then we have an exciting opportunity for you.Working for a growing challenger brand based in Manchester you will work closely with the Commercial Director to recruit, develop and manage the Employer Sales team and help to reshape the exciting future of the businessWhat’s in it for you

Day to day of the Head of Sales role:
  • Recruit, lead, develop and manage the Employer Sales team (SDR’s, BDM’s)
  • Maintain the company’s CRM system and ensure the employer sales team keeps the company’s CRM up-to-date to allow for accurate data and reporting
  • Build a strong internal succession culture
  • Use data and analytics alongside gut instinct to monitor and evaluate performance
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Provide weekly and monthly KPI performance reports to the Commercial Director
  • Produce and maintain a sales and marketing KPI metrics dashboard
  • Provide a focal point for sales within the employer acquisition team
  • Work closely with Marketing
Who are we looking for
  • Previous experience working within the recruitment industry (ideally start/scale-up)
  • Proven track record managing/coaching a sales team and developing sales strategies
  • A commercially astute and data-led individual focused on growth
  • Ability to communicate with and influence at all levels
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Experience working in a fast-paced scale-up environment
  • CRM experience, ie provide reports and tracking on sales metrics (preferably Hubspot)
