Job Description

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Head of Reward to develop and manage the organisations Reward strategy.Working on a remote basis with occasional national travel, you will closely partner with the Senior Leadership and HR team where duties will include:

  • Defining, developing and embedding the company Reward Strategy in line with the organisations business plan
  • Leading on and managing the job evaluation programme and managing the pay and grading structure.
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of reward improvements
  • Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Reward Analysts
  • Undertaking and leading on annual pay negotiations and bidding with the Union
  • Responsibility for third party benefit relationships.
The successful candidate will possess proven experience working a senior reward position within a commercial and forward thinking business environment. Strong project management experience is essential, especially within job evaluation and pay grading. Asis the expertise to build quick and credible relationships both internally and externally and strong analytical skills. Experience of union negotiation is also necessary.The salary on offer is up to £68,000 + benefits including 30 days holiday.
