Job Description

Head of Programmatic - Manchester (Hybrid/Remote working options) - Up to £70,000Lead an expert team of Programmatic professionals at this impressive agency! They’ll be lots of opportunities to progress and you’ll have the opportunity to work on a fully remote basis (UK based only)!Our client is a leading marketing agency, that thrives on pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional results for our clients. They are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Programmatic Display marketer to join the team and lead the charge in shapingour strategies and product.As the Head of Programmatic you will be at the forefront of the efforts, driving strategy and leading a talented team to deliver outstanding results for clients. You will play a key role in developing innovative approaches to Programmatic advertising, ensuringcampaigns are cutting-edge, data-driven, and aligned with client objectives.The agency work flexibility meaning you can WFH or in their working hubs round Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol and London - this role may require you to be in the office occasionally, therefore accessibility to one of these is essential.Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and lead the overall programmatic strategy for the agency, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices. Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate programmatic into comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Product Development: Drive the development of new programmatic as a product to enhance our service offerings. Identify opportunities for product innovation. Monitor product to ensure meeting the evolving needs of clients.
  • Client Collaboration: Serve as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into effective programmatic display strategies. Present campaign strategies and results to clients, providing insights and recommendationsfor continuous improvement.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of programmatic display professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements:
  • 6+years of experience in programmatic.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Agency Experience (Desired)
  • Client facing experience.
  • UK based & full right to work in UK
