Head of PPCAbout the role: In this newly created role this is a unique opportunity to build and embed an PPC strategy for a high growth, highly ambitious business. As they look to strengthen the Executive and Leadership teams, the Head of PPC will be responsible for planning,leading, and implementing the PPC strategyHaving already experience rapid growth, the Head of PPC will collaborate with leaders to devise and implementing PPC strategies designed to generate leads, drive website traffic, and build brand awareness.A strategic and hands on role you will take ownership and evolve the PPC plan over time, you will be responsible for;Set up, manage and optimise large scale Paid Search campaignsResearch, analyse & lead strategyCollaborate with the marketing team to deliver performance vs targetDevelop test plans to continually evaluate and refine campaignsAccountable for thought leadership to improve outcomes for own campaigns and overall team performanceWork with internal and external partners like Google, Microsoft and Taboola to ensure we are using up to date, relevant features available to usCollaborate with all marketing members to ensure the online acquisition marketing is in line with the overall marketing strategyReport on competitor marketing and market trends to better optimize channelsStay up to date with emerging technologies and the evolving digital landscape requirementsCollaborate with external SEO/Digital PR agency to ensure campaigns and strategies are alignedDaily and weekly reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and key stakeholdersYou will be an experienced and dedicated Google and Microsoft Ad account manager with a sharp attention to detail in all aspects of data and keyword analysis. You can analyse keyword and campaign performance on a granular level to maximise ROI on a continuedbasis.Skills/Qualifications:Extensive experience in creating & optimising paid search campaigns to meet campaign objectivesLove data, analytics and surfacing insights - methodical with great attention to detailStrong proficiency in MS Excel/Google SheetsStrong proficiency in reporting and creating MS PowerPoint decksExperience with Microsoft Power BI or Google Data StudioExcellent communication skillsExperience with Native & Display advertising platforms such as Taboola/GDNBid management toolsFeed management toolsExperience using Google AnalyticsExposure to a lead generation and or legal services environment highly beneficialInterested Please apply below.We look forward to hearing from you
