Job Description

Household name retail brand seeks new Head of Performance Marketing (B2C) to join them on their journey of explosive growth. The core focus is the bigger picture and driving the team to the overall vision for the business, rather than being hands on with the actual implementation.Responsibilities:

  • Continually developing and implementing short and long term strategies in line with business KPIs.
  • Overseeing spend budget and forecasting on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Performance management - leading the reporting and analysis requirements of each area and provide valuable commentary to key stakeholders.
  • Lead the people management and personal development of direct reports.
  • Own key supplier relationships maximising output and ensuring value is gained in relation to cost.
  • Oversee SEO roadmap taking the lead on technical and content SEO strategy of the business.
  • Lead the delivery and optimisation of the CRM strategy ensuring delivery of the best possible experience for customers whilst constantly improving core KPIs.
  • Working closely with internal Data Analysis and Data Science teams to understand the value of customer segments and devise a strategy on how to target efficiently.
  • Maintain impeccable attention to detail whilst signing off various CRM campaigns and SEO content.
  • Testing and trialling new ideas and methods to achieve the business objectives.
  • Seeking and finding new opportunities within all channels to increase both volume and efficiency.
About you:
  • Excellent understanding of Paid Media and SEO, CRM would be advantageous
  • B2C background
  • Previous ownership of multi-million£ budgets
  • Ideally at least 1 years experience in a senior management role.
  • 4+ years experience in digital
  • Strong attention to detail and solid numerically with a commercial mindset.
  • Action-orientated with a strong work ethic to strive to achieve excellence.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume workload.
  • Ability to manage priorities within the team and with wider stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and the ability to get the best out of team members.
