They are seekinga Head of Operations & Finance to join the team and help drive the companys growth and success.Head of Operations & Finance - The Role:- As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the companys operations, including risk, finance, customer support, project management, finance, recruitment, and people management- You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and scalability- The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and innovation, a proven track record of leading and developing high-performance teams, and experience working in the healthcare industry.Head of Operations & Finance - Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve the companys goals- Build and manage a customer support team that provides world-class service to our clients- Work closely with the product development team to ensure new products are delivered on time and meet quality standards- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution of company initiatives- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners- Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation- Manage the companys finances, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis- Manage the companys people operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and developmentHead of Operations & Finance - You:- Bachelors degree- Experience in operations management- Proven track record of developing and leading high-performance teams- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Experience working with cross-functional teams- Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve targets- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes- Experience with AI and machine learning is a plusHead of Operations & Finance - Benefits:- Competitive salary- Comprehensive benefits package- Dynamic and collaborative work environmentIf you are interested in hearing more about this exciting Head of Operations & Finance - AI role, please apply today.
