Head of Marketing will create and implement the 1-5 year marketing strategy, aligning with business goalsClient DetailsFast growing business services organisation with 3 brands, looking for a Head of Marketing to define directionDescriptionThe Head of Marketing will be responsible for:Establishing marketing strategy to identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans across all areas of the business.Analyse customer insight, industry trends, market analysis and marketing best practice to build successful strategiesConduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go to market strategiesWork in partnership with the various business units, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for all advertising, including internal communications, print, digital and videoExcite multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channelsManage content and updates for customer and internal touch pointsEstablish budget guidelinesGather customer and market insights to increase customer conversations and generate more qualified leadsIdentify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimise accordinglyProfileTo be successful as the Head of Marketing, you will be based out of the head office in Manchester in a hybrid and flexible working pattern and will need to be able to demonstrate:Experience of creating and delivering marketing plansStrong project management, multi-tasking and decision making skillsMetrics driven marketing with experience of marketing automation and CRMWebsite and social media managementCopywriting and content managementYou will also have great interpersonal skills, and leadership and people management experience.
