Job Description

Our client are a global brand in the eyelash sector who sell their products to over 100 countries worldwide. They boast over 2m customers online and it’s products can also be purchased in reputable retailers including Superdrug (850 stores) and Asos.You will lead the internal marketing team to ensure both personal and commercial growth. Working closely with the digital director you will oversee the brands creative and performance marketing strategy; including influencer marketing, paid social, paidsearch, affiliate marketing, CRM, Tiktok (including Tiktok shop) and organic growth.Objectives of this Role

  • Develop and deliver marketing plans and projects that are on brand, within budget, to deadline, and to achieve all KPI’s and ROI targets.
  • Shape the marketing strategy in agreement with the Digital Director and implement this across all acquisition and marketing channels, ensuring acquisition, retention and commercial targets are being met.
  • Lead all strategic performance marketing activity to ensure maximum ROI is being achieved.
  • Deliver succession planning to ensure the team is developing in accordance with business objectives.
  • Be responsible for mapping out the customer journey and ensuring that website metrics such as CR and AOV are being monitored and improved.
  • Lead internal global growth strategy and pinpoint new territories.
  • Lead the marketing team, setting budgets, targets and maximising ROI across the digital ecosystem.
  • Report on performance, analysing and reviewing the effectiveness of campaigns to maximise results
  • Identify product trends and consumer behaviours that can be enhanced through an omni-channel approach.
  • Work really closely with the senior management team to plan and forecast, manage budget and achieve longer term goals.
Who are we looking for
  • We want someone who is performance driven and highly personable and has a strong understanding of the beauty sector. Balancing both commerciality and creativity to deliver growth whilst enhancing the brands identity.
  • You will have extensive brand and marketing experience with a strong track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies having managed significant budgets.
  • Demonstrable success in improving the ROAS & scale of digital marketing investments
  • An excellent attention to detail and the ability to make fast paced decisions.
  • You need to be hands-on with senior experience.
  • Very strong leadership skills, leading by example in all work related activities
