Job Description

Forged within the Recruitment/HR/technical/software solutions/sales, you will be unparalleled at developing and growing key accounts; ideally alongside coaching a small but growing team of account managers. This inspired disruptor will recognise your innateability to grow and penetrate mid-cap businesses, by rewarding it with a fast-track progression to Sales lead and a very generous share option. Head of Key Accounts Package:

  • Basic salary to 45k
  • OTE: 12k-15k+ per annum - uncapped
  • Employee share scheme
  • Blend of central Manchester office 3 days a week and 2 days working from home

Head of Key Accounts Responsibilities will include:
  • Lead the employer side of the recruitment marketplace, own key client accounts and support the team to achieve targets.
  • Retain and grow key client accounts to increase the number of jobs posted per client and the value per client.
  • Upsell clients to subscription service/product, by creating compelling presentations, scheduling account meetings and closing sales.
  • Manage and coach a small team of client relationship /account managers, ensuring theyre working strategically and productively.
  • Report to the Sales and Commercial Director, sharing KPIs and performance of your team.
While prerequisites will be:
  • Demonstrable success of Sales/BD within the Recruitment or HR Tech industry.
  • Customer centric professional with a consultative sales approach.
  • Excels working within a targeted environment.
  • Flexible approach, managing multiple priorities.
  • Curious mindset, ambitious, and eager to learn.
  • Strong commercial acumen; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • MS Office & CRM.
Ideal but not essential:
  • Experience of building, coaching and scaling a sales / account management team.
  • Experience working within an investment backed business.
  • Ability to communicate in German.
