Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Head of HR to join a team of four within human resources in a fast-paced office on the outskirts of Manchester. They offer up to 38 days annual leave – plus your birthday off, onsite car parking or free shuttle bus from the nearest major train station, discounted onsite gym and free fruit and drinks.As the Head of HR you would be required to –

  • Lead, manage and direct your team of 4 within HR;
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in line with current laws;
  • Measure and track staff engagement companywide;
  • Work closely with the recruitment team;
  • Continuously look how to improve the systems.
    • We are really keen to speak to anyone who has experience as a Head of HR, Senior HR Manager or HR Director. You would also have run a team within human resources, have a proven background of strategic planning, have up-to-date knowledge of GDPR and experience operating at a senior level.The offices are based in Ardwick and are offering a salary of up to £60,000 DOE. They are highly focused on achieving a good work / life balance; there are kitchens throughout the offices, as well as pods and pool tables.
