To provide specialist advice and support regarding employee health issues. Working with a multidisciplinary team comprisingof Senior Managers, Occupational Physicians, Fitness for Work Advisers, Clinic Nurses, Psychological Support Therapists, EHW Physiotherapists and public health specialists. The successful candidate will:-Provide senior management support to colleagues and ensure that the service operates to high clinical standards. Working with other senior colleagues within the team they will have responsibility for ongoing audit and process reviews to ensure quality standards and effectiveness of services. Lead the service in maintaining SEQOSH accreditation and ensure ongoing compliance. Provide effective day-to-day operational management and professional advice across the services, ensuring the highest standard of clinical care. Support team members by assisting with coaching, mentoring, appraisal and clinical supervision of direct reports, whilst ensuring own professional development.
